Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this position is responsible for welding, building, and modifying custom-fabricated products and components efficiently to support production operations. The role involves interpreting drawings and concepts, troubleshooting design or fit issues, and fabricating solutions for custom production needs. The individual may also support facility and production improvements through custom metal fabrication, fixtures, tooling, and structural modifications as required.In addition, you may be assigned other duties or responsibilities, including work in other departments, to support overall company operations.
