Position Overview

We are seeking a Custom Solutions Manager to lead the execution of complex, custom commercial flooring projects supporting our West Coast division. This role serves as the central point of coordination across sales, design, estimating, and manufacturing - ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through production and delivery. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role responsible for managing a significant volume of custom work, partnering closely with Account Executives, regional leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for our customers.
