Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Prepare and process export-related documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, permits, and declarations 
Ensure all documents comply with Singapore customs regulations and international trade requirements 
Verify the accuracy and completeness of shipment documentation before submission 
Coordinate and support export customs clearance processes 
Monitor shipment timelines and coordinate export declarations, customs clearance, and delivery arrangements 
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations 
Proactively track shipments and resolve any delays, discrepancies, or exceptions 
Maintain accurate shipment records and customer information within internal systems 
Ensure data integrity and completeness for all customs and logistics-related entries
