Clio is seeking an Intermediate Customer Account Manager in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto to elevate customer experiences and improve satisfaction. Drive value for customers while managing diverse accounts.
As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will support Clio customers across various legal implementations. Your role focuses on proactive engagement, understanding customer needs, and facilitating their journey with our solutions to achieve the best outcomes. Effective communication and project management are essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage proactively with various customer accounts
• Manage customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
• Identify and convert new revenue opportunities effectively
• Collaborate on customer-driven projects and provide feedback
• Help customers maximize their use of Clio products
Requirements:
• 2+ years in Customer Success or account management
• Strong sales experience and SaaS knowledge
