Customer Advisor
Edinburgh, Part Time (17.5 hours/week - overtime available if you wish to do more).
This is an exciting opportunity to join a large Customer Engagement Centre (CEC) as a Customer Advisor, based at our client's Edinburgh office on a part-time basis. You'll keep customers and stakeholders informed about works and service interruptions, working closely with your team to deliver the highest quality of service at all times.
What you'll do
You'll build strong relationships across the team to make sure our customers are always in the loop. Day to day, you'll:
Manage inbound customer contacts across a wide range of subjects
Provide customers with information and guidance, logged accurately on our internal systems
Work reactively and precisely during operational incidents
Work proactively, collaborating with stakeholders to gather up-to-date information
