• Leverage the customer data to create segments for targeting and experimentation
• Enrich the customer data with firmographic and intent data
• Evaluate cross-sell, loyalty and retention programs
• Evaluate marketing performance
• SMB business experience and SQL are all nice to have but the core is still Customer Analytics and someone with analyzing customer data to improve performance
• Customer retention programs
• Cross-sell programs
• Known user acquisition program
• Customer Data Platform (CDP) and clean room concept for utilization of data (so ability to centralize all data that can be leveraged across platforms/programs)
