Position Overview

The Customer Analytics Manager will own the end-to-end framework for analyzing customer behavior, segmentation, and retention to directly drive customer growth strategies across all RRHI business units. As a key analytics leader, you will transform data into actionable insights that optimize customer engagement and loyalty performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer analytics, segmentation, retention, and growth initiatives across all RRHI business units.
  • Serve as Loyalty Pillar Lead, utilizing GoRewards data to drive loyalty and customer engagement strategies.
  • Develop customer segmentation frameworks and generate insights from customer behavior, redemption, and engagement data.
