About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head Customer and Distribution Manager SEA, you will drive Swiss Re Corporate Solutions’ strategy with distribution partners and key customers.
The primary responsibilities of the role are:
Distribution Management
Strategy & Planning
Align with brokers on local strategic prioritiesExecute go-to-market plans with managed brokers to achieve top and bottom line goalsUnderstand brokers' country and regional strategies and communicate insights internallyImplement local and regional distribution campaigns Engagement & Execution
