As Customers Business Development Manager, our key focus within the Commercial team is to deliver accounts/brand’s targets and accelerate retail sales growth by driving optimized trade plans, managing inventory with precision, and executing online strategies with sharpness and timeliness.

• Strategic Account Growth – Lead the development and execution of account/brand commercial strategies, partnering closely with brand and channel teams to deliver sustainable business growth. • Revenue & Profitability Management – Set and achieve sales growth targets with clients while ensuring end-to-end account profitability across key accounts.
• Client Partnership & Communication – Act as the primary liaison between internal and external teams, aligning on e-commerce business needs including channel execution and merchandising, marketing execution and other supporting business requirements (e.g. Customer Service / Demand Planning)
