This role sits within our customer care team and is vital to the daily operations of Alcumus SafeContractor. You will be supporting our customers through their accreditation process with Alcumus, delivering the highest standard of service at all touch points of their journey, and collaborating closely with our wider business areas to continually improve the working environment.
