Your Profile
- Previous experience in B2B inbound support or inside sales
- Confident handling of customer communication via chat, email, and phone
- Strong interest in software solutions and digital tools
- Customer‑focused, with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset
- Well‑organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch (Level C2) and English (Level C1)
