A Customer Care Associate is expected to manage company’s transportation and shuttle services, answer incoming calls and respond to clients’ emails, manage inquiries and concerns and provide general information to clients and employees with a high level of professionalism and positive attitude.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to clients’ emails
Provide service information to clients.
Route calls to appropriate resources
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Recognize, document, and alert immediate supervisor about the status of calls.
Follow up clients’ calls when necessary
Complete call logs and reports
Attend trainings to improve skills and product knowledge
