Main Responsibilities
- Provide support in Customer Care and Events Management at our client’s center.
- Manage documentation across different platforms and for various attendee profiles
- Prepare monthly, weekly, and ad hoc reports for the area coordinator
- Deliver relevant documentation to customers
- Use client IT tools for planning and information update processes
- Manage purchase orders for service providers such as car rental and catering companies
