Customer Care Executive

Location: Ganesh Glory 11, Gota, Ahmedabad

  Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

  Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer queries via chat, email, and phone calls.
• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and provide timely resolutions.
• Resolve customer complaints, returns, replacements, refunds, and order-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending cases.
• Prepare basic Excel reports and maintain customer support records.
• Track all open customer cases until they are resolved.
