Customer Care Manager SEA
1. Role Purpose
Lead and develop the Customer Care function across South East Asia, ensuring best-in-class customer service, order fulfillment excellence, commercial support, and operational discipline across all customer touchpoints.
The role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, OTIF delivery performance, order-to-cash efficiency, AR visibility, and customer retention while ensuring consistent processes and governance across the region.
The Customer Care Manager will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Distribution Centers to deliver a seamless customer experience and support profitable growth across South East Asia.
