Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Call Center Agent to handle outbound cold calling and inbound inquiries. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in communication and enjoy engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients
• Promote and explain company products/services
• Answer inbound calls and assist customer inquiries
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets
• Accurately encode call details and customer information

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate
• With or without BPO experience
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented
• Basic computer literacy
