Position Overview

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking hotel reservations and travel-related services.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers inquiring about hotel availability, pricing, and amenities
  • Assist customers in making, modifying, or canceling reservations
  • Upsell room upgrades, packages, or additional services to maximize revenue
  • Provide accurate information about hotel policies, promotions, and local attractions

Qualifications

  • Tech Savvy, computer literate, technologically proficient, digitally adept, or proficient in computers
  • 18 months customer service experience and/or 1 year experience inbound sales
  • Good English communication skills
  • Amenable to work in graveyard shift
  • Can start ASAP
