Position Overview

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop customer contract offers and manage contract creation.
  • Generate and maintain all contract types, including new contracts, renewals, addendums, and bids.
  • Ensure memberships are current and accurate in the system.
  • Timely update group membership information.
  • Run basic reports on network health.
  • Follow established processes and procedures for contracts and orders.
  • Experience Required

  • College/university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with contract/order processes is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI is a plus.
  • Skills & Certifications

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
