Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9.00-17.00 | Hybrid (1 day working from home)

About the Role

Our client is a successful horticultural business looking for a Customer Coordinator to support their busy Christmas operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in coordinating seasonal projects, ensuring clients receive an excellent service from initial enquiry through to installation and collection.

You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring all project information is accurate and up to date.
