Your new company
A housing company based in Warrington are recruiting for a temp to join their busy customer service team till September initially. You will be managing queries from contractors and tenants.
Your new role
To deal with customer service matters received by email or phone, address customer issues promptly and in line with SLAs to ensure a positive customer journey.
Issue instructions to subcontractors and follow up to ensure prompt resolution.
To follow up all outstanding remedial works and take appropriate action to ensure works are completed within set timescales.
To communicate effectively and regularly with internal departments and form excellent working relationships as part of the larger team.
Carry out general administrative duties, ensuring database systems are up-to-dateWhat you'll need to succeed
