We are a family-owned automotive group expanding our portfolio with the launch of a new automotive brand in the UAE.
This is a founding commercial customer experience role, not a front-desk position. You will own the customer journey from the customer’s first interaction until a seamless transition to the sales consultant, ensuring every enquiry is qualified, followed up and professionally managed.
Put simply: you own everything that happens before the customer commits to buying a vehicle – first contact, customer engagement, product introductions, lead qualification, CRM management, follow-up and the showroom experience. The sales consultant then takes over to negotiate and close the deal.
