Organize visits for customers, partners and guests, including agendas, meetings, hospitality and logistics.
Support corporate events, customer events and open houses, from planning to on‑site coordination and follow‑up.
Coordinate trade shows, working with suppliers and the Marketing and Sales teams.
Ensure clear communication and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Monitor the quality and consistency of customer‑facing activities, collect feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience and event processes.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in event coordination, customer experience, hospitality or a similar role.
