JOB SUMMARY

:

We're seeking a highly innovative Customer Experience Performance Marketing Manager to drive digital acquisition and retention strategies for the GBSG Customer Experience Growth & Retention team. This role is pivotal in utilizing our ecosystem of products and services to enhance customer experience and foster business growth. The ideal candidate will spearhead the creation and optimization of digital marketing experiences, collaborate extensively across functions, and utilize data-driven insights to influence product/service directions and achieve performance targets.
