Statiq was named as one of the top 3 most promising start-ups by NASSCOM in the year 2020, it was the same year we got selected for Y Combinator, a Silicon Valley based accelerator program.

About the Role:

As a Customer Experience Specialist , you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and delightful charging experience. You will handle customer interactions across calls, chats, and emails while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
