Customer Field Technician | Telecommunications | Field-Based Role

We’re currently looking for an experienced Customer Field Technician to join a leading Australian telecommunications organisation.

This is a field-based opportunity suited to someone with hands-on experience across telecommunications installation, repair and maintenance, including fibre, copper and HFC networks.

You will be working across customer premises and network environments, completing installation and fault rectification work while delivering a high standard of safety, quality and customer service.
This role would suit someone who is confident working autonomously, comfortable in customer-facing environments and able to troubleshoot technical issues in the field.
