Due to parental leave in the team, we are looking for a curious and commercially minded Insights Specialist to join us! You’ll help ensure customer insights are accessible, relevant and embedded into our business decisions, ultimately earning and growing customer loyalty.
The Warehouse Group looks after some of Aotearoa’s iconic brands – The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, and Noel Leeming. Our brands mean a lot to us and our customers because we’re always working to deliver relevant and exciting customer experiences to New Zealanders.
Sitting within our Omni function, and reporting into the Customer Insights Lead, you will promote customer‑first thinking through the delivery of The Warehouse Group’s customer, brand and market insight program. The role helps uncover, interpret and communicate insights that improve customer understanding and support better decision‑making across the business.
