Responsibilities

• We are looking for a Customer Journey Expert for Investment & Funds Entrusted area that can help us to migrate our broker platform to a new back office system, offering seamless customer processes and new enablers to be faster in future developments.
• Close collaboration with an agile ING team, responsible to develop, launch and maintain an attractive product & service value proposition on the market providing the highest customer satisfaction and in the most efficient way, reducing complexity and pursuing high quality standards.
• Definition, selection and analysis of data to gather insights that enhance the decision‑making process.
• Translation of business needs into detailed requirements for the implementation, covering user experience, non‑functional requirements and back‑office processes. Set up roadmaps and solve impediments, as well as ensuring all use cases are properly tested before going into production.
