Customer Liaison Consultant – Tauranga Centre

We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Liaison Consultant to join our Tauranga Centre.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the friendly first point of contact, creating positive experiences for every customer who walks through the doors.
• Determine customers' needs, assist with straightforward matters, and support NZTA/Waka Kotahi processes.
• Usher members and customers to the correct counters and manage visitor flow and queues.

Part‑time role: 21 hours per week. Roster – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 10:00am‑2:00pm; Tuesday: 8:30am‑2:00pm.

About You

• Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and helping people find the right solutions.
• Previous retail and/or sales experience; confident working towards sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
