Educational Qualifications

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Certificate in Customer Service / Marketing / or related (NQF 5)

Experience

  • Up to 3 years’ Customer Service experience / operating as a Call Centre Operator/ Customer Liaison Officer in a Retail/ manufacturing environment.
