This role serves as the AHE Focal Point for spares orders toward Customer and NHI and manages customer orders for spares and AGEs. Responsibilities include contract piloting, reporting contract status to CSM, close customer contact to anticipate needs, coordination with various internal and external stakeholders, improving customer satisfaction on spares services, analyzing and managing spare parts order books, ensuring transversal coordination across departments, issuing and updating provisioning plans, generating reports for customer monitoring, analyzing existing problems, and controlling warehouse activity to ensure timely material readiness. Interventions and reception of spare parts with customers are executed according to calendar and budget forecast.
