Job Purpose You will support and drive the design and execution of customer lifecycle strategies to maximise customer value, retention and engagement. Leverage data and insights to implement targeted initiatives across acquisition, engagement, onboarding journeys, cross-sell/upsell, and retention journeys.
The Job - Lifecycle Strategy Execution
- Execute customer lifecycle initiatives across onboarding, engagement, retention and re-purchase journeys
- Drive campaigns and initiatives to improve customer lifetime value, cross-sell/upsell, and policy holdings per customer
- Design targeted segmentation and personalised engagement strategies across agent-assisted and digital channels
- Collaborate with distribution, product, digital and analytics team to deliver aligned customer initiatives
