Job Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and assist in SaaSproduct account setup.
• Coordinate with the sales team to onboard prospects to customers.
• Conduct online product demos and product training.
• Help the sales team handle inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Gather feedback from customers on their onboarding experience and suggestions for product improvements.
