The Customer Operations Representative is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of customer orders and delivery commitments. Working closely with Sales, Technical (CPM), Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams, the role coordinates customer requirements from order receipt through fulfilment, ensuring order accuracy, effective communication, and compliance with company procedures.
