Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and manage workflow efficiently to meet targets and service standards.
- Handle order processing, order entry, and order fulfillment activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Process customer orders, returns, and amendments while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review orders for completeness, correct pricing, billing details, shipping information, and other required documentation before processing.
- Maintain and update customer information, order notes, billing data, and shipping data within the ERP/CRM system.
- Act as the main point of contact for order‑related inquiries, providing excellent customer support and timely resolutions.
