**Role Purpose**

+ Responsible for developing and communicating demand requirements
+ Develop capacity plans and manage inventory & purchasing strategies to ensure optimum material utilization.
+ Build up and manage the Sales and Operating Plan (S&OP) process if necessary.
+ Optimizing inventory level and ensuring production continuity.
+ Manage and follow up new projects in plant for better execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Work closely with global SCM/PLM to understand the demand visibility and Order placement requirements.
+ Collaborate with sales, business development , product line management team to develop and maintain accurate rolling forecast in terms of driving procurement activities..
