**Job Description Summary**
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Civil Portfolio Programs Team as a Customer Program Leader.

This is a fixed term maternity cover (14 months) role working as part of the programmes team reporting directly to the Senior Program Manager to support one of our Civil Programs.

In this role you will foster a “one team” approach to customer satisfaction and will lead a cross-functional team to deliver specific packages of work which support program deliverables, advocating for strong project governance, whilst driving opportunities to maintain or improve the business case.

+ Support Production Readiness Reviews and smooth transition from NPI to Sustainment.

+ Manage the planning of spares for EIS including IP Spares, Spares and spare parts for repairs.
