Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and Project margin deviation during execution
Execute projects in full compliance with ETO CPP Process and ETO Toolbox in coordination with the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Engineering department and Project Buyer
Review technical specification and take decisions on technical comments raised by the customer
Monitor and control projects progress to ensure the on-time delivery of the projects. Use the tracking board tool and escalate any risks of delay during SIM meetings
Maintain a positive relationship with the customer and communicate regularly (correspondence, emails, call, meeting)
