CUSTOMER REFERENCE MANAGER

We are currently looking for a Customer Reference Manager to join a huge tech client for a 1 year contract (with the possibility of extension / going permanent).

As the Customer Reference Manager, you will be the architect of the customer advocacy program across JAPAC. The role is a mix of strategic project management, building relationships and brand storytelling. You will act as a customer champion, bridging the gap between successful product users and internal Sales, Product and Marketing teams.
