Position Overview

Job Description: Customer Support Executive

(Email/Chat)

Process: Global Antivirus Client

Location: Jaipur

Salary: β– 3.24 LPA + β– 36,000 PLI

Key Responsibilities:


- Handle customer queries via email and chat in a professional manner


- Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customers


- Maintain quality and productivity standards


- Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:


- Undergraduate with minimum 6 months experience or Graduate (Fresher/Experienced)


- Good written and verbal communication skills


- Basic computer knowledge

Compensation:


- Monthly CTC: β– 30,000 (including performance-linked incentives)


- Annual CTC: β– 3.24 LPA + β– 36,000 PLI

Work Details:


- 5 days working


- Rotational shifts (including night shifts if required)
