Our client a specialised fastener supplier to the automotive and large security industries is seeking to employ a skilled mechanical engineer with experience as a Customer Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) with mathematicsAutomotive Part Manufacturing Experience – importantUnderstanding of fasteners and metallurgy – importantStrong experience in fastener sales function – management of key accountsQualification in engineering and sales – highly preferentialKnowledge on customer forecasting and forecasting tools like Turbocash or Pastel and or SAPAdvanced MS Excel (pivot tables and V-lookup) and Pastel EvolutionGood communication skills both written and verbalUnderstanding of exchange rates, freight costs, etcStrong understanding of PPAP.
