Responsibilities: - Attend to residents' feedback and complaints.
- Liaise with sub‑contractors to ensure that works are carried out smoothly.
- Handle enquiries from residents and assist in resolving issues that may arise.
- Liaise with project teams and residents on site matters.
- Provide administrative support assistance and other ad‑hoc tasks if required.
Requirements: - Minimum 'A' level or Diploma.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the construction industry; experience handling HDB BTO jobs is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Pleasant personality and friendly disposition.
- Alternate full Saturday shifts.
