Position Overview

As a Customer Relations Services Supervisor, your role is to execute the security program in the mall. Part of your duties is to create an environment that is safe, secure, and harmless for all customers, visitors, tenants, and employees. It is your responsibility to keep our customers safe and to have an aweSM customer experience.


Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year course; preferably with a Certified Security Professional (CSP) certification
  • Preferably with 3 to 5 years of work experience in the security industry, supervising a large number of agency personnel
  • Candidates with managerial experience handling a large group of employees, even outside the security industry, are also welcome to apply
  • Basic knowledge in computer applications and emergency response
