Opportunity

Avantor is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative. This position is located onsite in Mexico City, MX near the World Trade Center. This is an intermediate-level position. The primary purpose of this position is to answer routine questions and issues from external or internal customers, and to frequently escalates more complex customer complaints or issues to more senior customer service representatives. The hours for this position are: 9:00am - 6:00pm CST (11:00am-8:00pm EDT).

What we're looking for

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree a plus.
• 1-3 years applicable experience in a customer relationship type role (sales, call center, etc.).
• Bilingual in English & Spanish, C-1 & C-2 level.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
