Kohinoor Group is looking for a proactive Asst. Manager - CRM to manage customer relationships, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from booking to possession.
Key Responsibilities : Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system. Track leads, bookings, payments, and customer interactions. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service teams. Ensure timely collection and verification of customer documentation. Address customer queries and provide regular updates. Generate CRM reports and MIS for management. Ensure compliance with company CRM processes and service standards.
Requirements : 2β5 years of CRM experience in the real estate industry. Proficiency in CRM software Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
