Customer Retention & Sales Representative (On-Site)

Location: Hermosillo, Sonora

Schedule: Fixed schedule: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Compensation: 4K base salary + 1K bonus + commissionsEarnings based on performance and quality metrics

We are looking for a Customer Retention & Sales Representative to join us. This role focuses on retaining customers while identifying sales opportunities through effective communication and negotiation.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven position suited for professionals who are comfortable working with goals, KPIs, and customer objections.
