We are looking for a data‑driven, creative and customer‑focused professional to join our E‑Commerce team at our Barcelona headquarters. This temporary position supports the team during a transitional period and is focused on optimizing the customer journey and strengthening long‑term relationships across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CRM strategies that enhance the customer experience and improve retention performance across our European brands.
- Manage and optimize email marketing programs to improve customer retention and lifetime value.
- Support future implementation and development of SMS marketing initiatives.
- Build and execute segmented and broadcast email campaigns, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.
