The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for delivering a high level of professional customer service and account maintenance in support of new and existing accounts. This includes, but is not limited to, dispute resolution, WIR’s, actioning credits, booking of services, and routing, and general branch administration.
What you’ll be doing
Update customer contact details and manage service variations, bookings, and ad-hoc service requests.
Refer account cancellation requests to ISRs, ASMs, or the State Sales Manager.
