Splashit is looking for a responsible and well-spoken Customer Sales & Calling Executive to manage customer calls and party enquiries across all Splashit locations.

This is a work-from-home role where the person will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, explaining Splashit activities and packages, following up on birthday party and group booking leads, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Roles & Responsibility

• Answer incoming calls and enquiries for all Splashit locations
• Explain Splashit activities, pricing, packages, timings, and availability to customers
• Handle birthday party, group booking, and event enquiries
• Follow up regularly with party leads and pending enquiries
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Coordinate with location managers for availability, slots, and booking details
• Maintain a proper record of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
