We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Commercial Operations team in Manesar. This role is critical to driving end-to-end process management , ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for interfacing with customers, logistics, manufacturing and/or sales or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
Oversee and manage daily operational activities with a focus on achieving production targets, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction
Oversee the shared mailbox and handle customer queries, requests, and follow-ups
