Responsibilities Request quotations from suppliers to obtain accurate pricing and delivery information Prepare and send quotations to customers clearly and promptly to facilitate sales decisions Generate sales orders accurately to reflect customer requirements and internal records Issue purchase orders (PO) to suppliers to confirm procurement needs and terms Follow up with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely processing of sales orders and deliveries Issue invoices and delivery orders (DO) accurately to support billing and shipment processes
